Keybindings in chat windows

There are some keybindings for the chat-textfields in the chat windows (hotline &
pchat).
TAB
If you press TAB in the beginning of the line the username of the last seen user in the list
will be inserted into the textfield. e.g.  goes amigafan:
It also has a expansion feature. For example if you write am and then press
the TAB key, AmiComSys will search through the clientlist till it founds
a username which is matching. If amigafan has joined the Hotline, am will be expanded to amigafan:.
If the search word is ambigous press TAB again and the next client in the list that match the search string will be inserted.

:
If you press ':' in the beginning of the line the last used nickname will be
inserted into the textfield.

Cursor up & cursor down
Will browse through the chat text list. Text will be inserted into the textfield.

A smiley may be entered by pressing the CTRL key while pressing the ':'-key.
How you get that ':' may differ from mine, which is "SHIFT ."
